Your files are processed on your device
Selected files are read and processed in your browser. PaperFox does not send file contents or file names to a server. PaperFox does not store or back up your files on a server. You download the files you create to your device yourself.
Data not collected and external services
The PDF tools do not ask for your name, email address or account details. The application does not use usage analytics, advertising, error tracking services or external font services. Fonts and tool resources load from the site's own address. Document contents and editing actions are not sent to a tracking service.
Language preference and browser storage
Your language is determined by the /tr/, /en/, /de/ or /fr/ path in the page address. Your language preference is not stored in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. The application does not use these storage methods. Your browser may cache site resources; this does not mean that your documents are stored on a server.
Hosting and access logs
Our hosting provider Cloudflare may process standard server access logs (IP address, date/time, requested address, browser/device information and error records) to serve the site, maintain security and operate the infrastructure. The retention period for these logs depends on the provider's own policy. These logs contain neither the contents nor the names of your files, because your files do not leave your browser. Privacy questions and requests
You can send privacy questions and personal data requests under applicable law to privacy@novautil.com. Document contents that PaperFox does not store cannot be recovered from a server.
