How do numbering and the total work?
The first selected page gets the starting number. Skipped pages count, so gaps in the selection create gaps in the numbers. The total is the last number written.
Will the original PDF content be preserved?
Numbers are added as selectable text above the page. Original text, links, bookmarks, form fields and image streams are preserved. Keep your original file.
Can I choose pages and preview the result?
Leave the range blank for all pages, enter a range such as 2-5,8-10, or use Skip first page. The preview shows the first selected page. Roman numerals and inner/outer print margins are not available.
